PhD, Spanish with specialization in Hispanic linguistics, State University of New York at Buffalo

In addition to her faculty duties, Lee Ann Grace has served as associate dean of Arts and Humanities, director of international education, and assistant dean for international and exchange programs. Her publications have centered on bilingualism, applied linguistics, language in literature, and translation.  She has taught all levels of Spanish language courses, Hispanic and general linguistics, and English as a Second Language. Currently, she teaches in the Professional Spanish certificate program, including the capstone course in Business Spanish.

In her role as assistant dean for international and exchange programs, Dr. Grace led Buffalo State in more than doubling the percentage of graduates who study abroad.   As Fulbright Program Adviser, she assisted three students in securing teaching assistantships in France, Spain, and Germany; three other Fulbright applications were deemed fundable but not funded.
