About the Program

This program develops the ability to communicate in Spanish and introduces students to the masterpieces of the literature of Spanish-speaking countries and the most significant aspects of Hispanic culture. Students are encouraged to study in Spain or Latin America for a semester in an approved program. This program also serves as a pre-major for students who wish to enter the Bachelor of Science in Spanish Language Education (7โ€“12).
